Paraplanner Opportunity | Manchester | Hybrid Working | Continuous Development via Micro-Learning | Starting Salary up to £45,000 A leading Manchester-based IFA with ambitious growth plans is seeking a Paraplanner to join their expanding team.
The role: A technical and client-focused role supporting advisers, including:
- Preparing and maintaining client files, ensuring compliance is complete
- Researching financial products and identifying suitable solutions
- Discussing objectives and risk profiles with advisers
- Drafting recommendation and suitability reports
- Preparing presentation packs and application documents
- Liaising with clients, providers, and advisers’ professional contacts
- Supporting implementation of recommendations through Client Services
- Providing technical support to advisers and colleagues
- Keeping up to date with legislation, products, and industry developments
The person: A Paraplanner with technical knowledge, research and report-writing skills, and a client-focused approach. Highly organised, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a growing team. Diploma qualified or working towards this is desirable.
