Paraplanner | Stockport | Hybrid Working | £45,000 | 15% Bonus A successful financial planning firm is seeking a Paraplanner to support advisers in delivering high-quality financial advice to clients.
The role: Providing technical research, analysis, and report writing to ensure advice is accurate, compliant, and client-focused. Responsibilities include:
- Researching and analysing financial products
- Comparing options and undertaking cost and tax calculations
- Assessing income sustainability and client allowances
- Preparing clear and compliant recommendation reports
- Maintaining detailed research and analysis records
- Working closely with advisers, compliance, and support teams to deliver the best client outcomes
- Supporting business projects and keeping technical knowledge up to date
The person: Level 4 qualified (or above) with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and organisational skills, excellent communication, and a client-first approach are essential. Proficiency in Word and Excel, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
