Review Team Analyst | Altrincham | Hybrid Working | £32,000 

A leading financial advice firm is seeking a Review Team Analyst to join their review team.

The role:
A varied and detail-driven position, including:

• Producing review valuation packs and suitability reports
• Generating fund fact sheets, graphs, and analysis via FE Analytics
• Recording client attitudes to risk and producing reports using Defaqto
• Processing fund switches and updating client records
• Liaising with clients by phone, email, text, and letter
• Checking review fact finds and maintaining accurate files
• Assisting advisers with data input and portfolio reviews
• Managing tasks and workflows through back-office systems (Finplan)
• Ensuring compliance, document management, and secure record keeping

The person:
Highly organised with strong IT and financial software skills (platforms such as Aegon, Quilter, Aviva, Royal London, etc). Detail-focused with excellent communication, both written and verbal. Able to prioritise, multitask, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
