Client Services Administrator | Stockport | Hybrid Working | £32,000 A financial advice firm in Stockport who are going through a period of significant growth, is seeking a Client Review Administrator to manage the full client review cycle and provide vital support to advisers.
The role: A varied role supporting advisers and clients, including:
- Managing annual and 6-monthly client review processes
- Preparing review packs (valuations, compliance checks, ISA allowances, Expressions of Wishes)
- Updating and cleansing client records on internal systems
- Attending client meetings, taking notes, and preparing file records
- Sending paperwork and managing adviser changes
- Supporting clients with online portal access and troubleshooting issues
- Handling ad-hoc data projects and ensuring compliance at all times
The person: At least 1 year’s experience in an IFA practice or provider, with knowledge of pensions and investments. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential. IO system experience is desirable. Proactive, adaptable, and client-focused with the ability to multitask effectively.
