As the Residential Property Conveyancer, you will:

·        Lead, mentor, and inspire a small but dynamic team.
·        Manage a broad caseload of Residential Property transactions.
·        Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
·        Collaborate with the Head of Residential Property to drive the department’s growth and success.

The ideal candidate will possess:

·        Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing with the ability to manage a broad caseload. However, the Company will consider applications from Newly Qualified Solicitors who have carried out the majority of their training set within Residential property and are able to manage a caseload of Residential Property matters.
·        Strong IT skills, including familiarity with case management systems.
·        Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
·        A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, with outstanding communication skills.
·        Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring others, although training and support will be provided subject to experience.
