Investment Administrator – Bury - £30,000 A growing financial services firm is seeking a motivated Investment Administrator to join their investment team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with advisers, support client portfolios, and develop your career in a dynamic, professional environment.
The role:
- Process client applications and investment transactions accurately and within SLAs
- Maintain up-to-date client records and prepare operational reports
- Assist with board and investment committee meetings, including reports and minutes
- Liaise with advisers, custodians, and third-party providers
- Resolve client and adviser queries promptly and professionally
- Support the investment manager with research on model portfolios and underlying funds
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve administration processes
The person:
- Previous financial services or investments administration experience
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator and team player
- Motivated to learn and grow within investment administration
