IFA Administrator Vacancy, Stockport, up to £35,000


An established and growing IFA in Stockport are seeking a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about supporting financial advisors in delivering top-notch service to clients. As their new IFA Administrator you will play a pivotal role in our client-focused approach to financial planning. You'll be a key support figure, responsible for assisting our Independent Financial Advisors in ensuring seamless client interactions and administrative efficiency.

 
Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organise client information for meetings, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports, proposals, and documentation
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing client transactions and maintaining records
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providers, and any third parties
  • Support advisors in managing their schedules, appointments, and client follow-ups
  • Contribute to streamlining administrative processes to enhance overall efficiency
 

You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
  • Proactive mindset with a dedication to delivering high-quality service
