Richard set up Recruitment22 in 2021 and has overseen significant growth since then. His open and direct approach to recruitment is refreshing in an industry filled with waffle and false promises.
Once business is discussed and a plan of action is in place he'll happily have a chat about pretty much anything, but don't bring up football unless you want to be on the phone all day!
If he's not filling your vacancies or finding you a new role then he'll be spending quality time with his family or in the gym. That's when he's not running around after his son and doing or doing any other number of jobs around the house.
Jen set up Recruitment22 in 2021, after working in recruitment for over 20 years she thought it was about time.
She still works actively within recruitment and has extensive recruitment experience; she has been very successful in multiple sectors and has been delivering recruitment services to all sizes of business so has a vast amount of knowledge whatever your requirements.
When not recruiting you will find Jen either at the gym where she regularly starts the day with a swim and usually ends on a spin bike. She also has a real passion for animal welfare so will gladly spend her time volunteering or raising awareness whenever she can.
