This is how we’ll fill your vacancy

As our aim is to find you the best possible candidate for your vacancy then what better way than to talk it through. This will allow us to gain as much information as we can so that we can provide thorough details of your company and your role to candidates. The added benefit is that they’ll have a great understanding of what your role is and who they’re applying to work for.

No CV gets sent without the candidate being fully screened being fully aware of where their CV will be sent or without their consent

We want to gain a great insight into your business, its culture, the way you work and what you will expect of your new starter. This allows us to then match effectively across all levels and filter out anyone who isn’t looking for a role like yours and those who just aren’t suitable. All CVs that are sent will be accompanied by a summary and reason as to why we believe they are worth considering and will only be sent after we have fully screened them. No CV gets sent without the candidate being fully screened, being fully aware of where their CV will be sent or without their consent.

As well as speaking with known active and passive candidates, we advertise your role on multiple job boards and platforms to ensure we reach as many potential candidates as we can. We also use multiple CV search tools and platforms proactively to again ensure we are reaching and contacting as many relevant candidates as we can about your vacancy.

Pricing is another aspect of recruitment which has become overcomplicated, but not with us! We agree a fee which is fair, that all parties are happy with and then we get to work on finding you the best and most suitable candidate for your vacancy.

Candidates

This is how we’ll secure new opportunities for you

The best way for us to know what you want in your next role is for us to get on the phone and talk it through. And because we know that you may not be available during ‘working hours’ we’re happy to talk early mornings and through the evening.

Providing support and advice, we will ensure that we do everything we can to secure the right offer for you.

We discuss your current and previous experience, any requirements, needs or considerations you may have and your ambitions, including your short, mid, and long-term goals. We then offer advice and guidance where necessary, and review and critique your CV to ensure it reads well and demonstrates your capabilities fully. The aim is to give you the best possible chance of being invited to interview. We then proactively source you the best possible opportunities and let you decide how we go about this. We talk through options, set primary and secondary searches and agree the best way to promote you in the market before doing so.

Throughout the process we keep you updated. It’s important to us that you know what stage the search is at, what stage your applications are at and what we are doing to help you throughout the whole process. We provide you with all good, bad and indifferent feedback. Then openly talk through any negative comments and criticisms in particular and use this information to help us with future applications and interviews. And when it comes to your interviews, we make sure you are fully prepared for every single one you go to. Our aim is that you are going in feeling as prepared as you can be which then gives you every chance of being successful.

And our help doesn’t stop there, we will ensure we do everything we can to secure the right offer for you, support you when handing in your notice and offer advice on any counter offers you may receive.  We will check in with you regularly throughout your notice period and ensure you have all the details you will need for your first day and ultimately manage the process until you start.

We also make sure we follow up with both you and our clients after your first week to ensure you have a great start in your new career.
