Paraplanner Vacancy - London / Hybrid (2 Days In, 3 Days WFH) - Up to £54,000 Starting Salary You'll work in the firms Personal Injury & Court of Protection Paraplanning team, alongside the Financial Advisers and help design and deliver independent financial strategies to each client, their Trustees or Deputies in relation to personal injury and clinical negligence cases.
Your role will involve:
- Conducting fund and product research, on both existing an new recommendations.
- Undertaking investment portfolio analysis, including drawdown analysis.
- Verifying periodical payments have been calculated correctly by the Defendants.
- Preparing Personal Injury Trust reports and Trust review reports.
- Compiling investment, pension and protection illustrations, projections and associated documentation.
- Writing technical suitability reports and client service agreement letters
- Ensuring client files are compliant with FCA regulations and internal policy and procedures.
Requirements:
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or working towards this.
- Previous experience as a Paraplanner or similar role, preferably with Personal Injury & Court of Protection work.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
