We are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a long established and leading company who sell a range of products and equipment to the Hospitality and Events industry. You will utilise your sales and account management skills to generate leads and close sales with prospective clients spanning the UK & Europe. Being office based in Castle Donington, the successful candidate should be looking for a long-term career with the drive and ambition to progress within the business.

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 plus uncapped bonus earnings, OTE 50k – 60k

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales leads.
• Strategically manage and develop a large sales area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Close business to business deals to achieve sales.
• Provide continuous high quality one to one service with clients throughout their journey.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with the wider team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

The Candidate:

• Previous success in a Business-to-Business sales role
• Highly motivated and competitive
• Target driven, who is self- motivated to succeed.
• Previous sales experience within hospitality or events industry would be advantageous.
• Can do attitude - who wants to see tangible results come from their hard work.
• Charismatic with excellent communication skills
• Organised and takes responsibility for all their own business area.

The Package:

• A permanent full-time position - 37.5 hours per week – some part-time flexibility may be considered.
• Competitive basic salary, £25k - £30k (depending on experience)
• Excellent bonus of £8,000 upwards (uncapped) – per quarter
• 20 days Annual Leave, rising to 25 days after one year’s service, plus bank holidays.
