Role Requirements
- Previous financial services administration experience
- Fully office-based (no hybrid working)
- Within commutable distance of Newton-Le-Willows
- Full-time hours: 9:30am–4:30pm
- Part-time considered
- Starting salary up to £28,500
Key Responsibilities
- Client-related admin, including review letters
- CRM maintenance & support with our client contact strategy
- Preparing client meeting packs, new business forms and trust documents
- Handling ongoing admin such as withdrawals, fund switches and bereavement cases
- Other relevant administrative functions as reasonably required, as we operate as a small, collaborative team
