Client Services Administrator, Newton-Le-Willows, £27,000-£28,500, Full or Part Time Available


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who's working with financial services administration experience to join a growing business, and kick-start their career within Financial Advice, pass industry relevant qualifications (Paid for by the business) and develop with excellent internal training and development programmes.


Role Requirements

  • Previous financial services administration experience
  • Fully office-based (no hybrid working)
  • Within commutable distance of Newton-Le-Willows
  • Full-time hours: 9:30am–4:30pm
  • Part-time considered
  • Starting salary up to £28,500
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Client-related admin, including review letters
  • CRM maintenance & support with our client contact strategy
  • Preparing client meeting packs, new business forms and trust documents
  • Handling ongoing admin such as withdrawals, fund switches and bereavement cases
  • Other relevant administrative functions as reasonably required, as we operate as a small, collaborative team
